Registration and General Booking Terms and Conditions

The ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025 is organised by ST Engineering Info-Security Pte. Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the 'Event Organiser'. Creative Edge Consultants Pte Ltd has been appointed by the Event Organiser to assist with the administration and registration of the Congress.

General

By registering to attend the Summit in person, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions set out herein.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The information contained herein is correct as of the date of publication.
A confirmation of registration will be sent via email within five (5) working days upon the receipt of registration.
Confirmation of registration is subject to availability at the time of booking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Congress Schedule

The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025 content, format, programme, speakers and breakout rooms whenever necessary at its sole discretion.

Substitutions / Withdrawals / Cancellations / No Show

No substitutions of delegates are allowed.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to cease registration before the closing date once maximum capacity has been reached.
In the unlikely event that there is a need to cancel the ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025 Breakout Sessions, The Event Organiser will not be liable for any costs incurred by the registrant arising from travel arrangements, insurances purchased, accommodation, airline and airport transfers made in connection with the Congress, or any payment variations due to changes in currency exchange rates. Breakout Sessions may be cancelled in the event of unforeseen situations. The Event Organiser shall not be held liable for any form of compensation to the delegate arising out of the cancellation of any activities, unless otherwise stated.

Photography / Videography

By participating in the ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025 and Sessions (if opted), the delegate consents to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose(s) that the Event Organiser and its affiliates and representatives deem fit to use
Photographs, video and audio recording may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the Event Organiser. The delegate releases the Event Organiser, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, video and/or audio recordings.
The delegate waives all rights to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. The delegate also waives any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by the Event Organiser or the person or entity designated to do so by the Event Organiser.

Acknowledgement
I acknowledge and agree that by participating in the ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025, I consent to the Event Organiser and its appointed vendors collecting information, taking photographs, and recording audio and video during the Congress for the following purposes:

Facilitating my participation before, during and after the Congress including but not limited to registration, on-site check-in at the ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025;
Conducting market research or surveys, analysis, profiling activities, planning, statistical and trend analysis in relation to the Congress; and
Internal use by the Event Organiser, event-related publicity materials, and the Event Organiser’s communication platforms, including but not limited to publications, ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025, corporate newsletter and Facebook page. By registering for the ST Engineering Cybersecurity Summit 2025 to be part of any photograph or video taken for the purpose of the ST Engineering Cybersecurity 2025.

By submitting this, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to indemnify the ST Engineering Info-Security Pte.Ltd and Creative Edge Consultant Pte Ltd against any costs, liabilities, losses, and damages arising from the provision of personal data. To withdraw consent or request a review of consent given, please email official email address provided.
